To browse the Web, you need to have an Internet access point defined in your device. The Internet access point can be a WLAN connection or packet data connection.
To access the Web browser, select Menu > Web.
You can make a Web search straight from your home screen:
Scroll down the home screen to the applications shortcuts bar and select Web.
With the Web browser in your device, you can view hypertext mark-up language (HTML) pages on the Web as originally designed. You can also browse Web pages that are designed specifically for mobile devices, and use extensible hypertext mark-up language (XHTML) or wireless mark-up language (WML).
Some Web pages may contain material, such as graphics, that require a large amount of memory to view. If your device runs out of memory while loading such a Web page, the graphics on the page are not shown. Browsing Web pages with media content, such as videos and music, may involve the transmission of large amounts of data through your service provider's network. For information about data transmission charges, contact your service provider.
